Payment and Cancellation Policies

 

All our tour programs operate based on the information provided by the facility you booked (hotel, airport, etc.) regarding dates, availability, and prices. Price and tour date become definite once your payment is confirmed. Since we work with external branches, any changes in your program will be communicated to you, and suitable alternative programs will be offered. This can occur, especially in early reservations and due to changes in transportation during the tourism season.

Accommodation cancellation policies: No cancellation fee is applied for reservations made two weeks before the hotel check-in date. If canceled one week before, a one-night fee is charged. In case of cancellation 48 hours before check-in, a fee is charged for the booked night. There is no refund in case of not benefiting from the service, not participating in the tour, or not coming to the hotel.

 

Turkish Airlines ticket cancellation conditions: For cancellations made one month or more before the flight departure, a fee of 10 Euros is applied for each ticket. Cancellations made between one week and one month are subject to a 30% fee, and cancellations made one week before departure are subject to a 50% fee. No refunds are made for No Show situations. These conditions apply only to Turkish Airlines flights.

Cancellation policy for tours, activities, and airport transfers: No fee is charged for cancellations made one week before. A 50% fee is charged for cancellations made up to 4 days before, and a full fee is applied for cancellations within 48 hours. There is no refund in case of not benefiting from the service, not participating in the tour, or not coming to the hotel.

Payments:

We request a 25% advance payment to confirm your reservation. Once your travel is confirmed, we send you a payment form. We create your travel itinerary and send it to you by email as soon as your advance payment is received. You can pay the remaining 75% when you start using the service.

 

Refunds:

To claim a refund, cancellations and changes must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy stated above. There is no refund for any confirmed tour.

 

Pick-up and Drop-off:

Unless otherwise stated in Cappadocia tour prices, pick-up and drop-off are included from Göreme, Nevşehir, Ürgüp, Uçhisar, Ortahisar, and Çavuşin. Guests staying in other regions and participating in the tour (e.g., Mustafapaşa) are subject to an additional charge for transfer service. Guests must be ready at the hotel reception at the specified time. In case guests are not ready at the specified time, the full fee will be charged, and they have no right to request a refund. The transfer vehicle has a 10-minute delay flexibility during the transfer service.
