Hot air balloon flights are a unique experience in the Cappadocia region, attracting visitors from all around the world every year. The region consistently breaks new records in Cappadocia balloon flights each year.

HOW DOES THE TOUR WORK?

Since hot air balloons cannot fly in temperatures below 28ºC and in excessively windy conditions, flights are conducted in the early morning when meteorological conditions are suitable. Around 5 AM, our vehicles pick up passengers from their hotels and take them to the take-off area. While the balloons are being prepared for flight on the ground, passengers observe the preparation process. After a brief preparation, the balloons take off just before sunrise. The flight duration is determined as 45 minutes to 1 hour. Hot air balloons do not have steering capabilities; they move in the direction of the wind. However, wind directions may vary at different altitudes. The pilot tries to find the suitable wind direction by ascending and descending to move in the desired direction. During the flight, the balloons rise to approximately 1000 feet, allowing passengers to observe the sunrise, enter valleys to see fairy chimneys and valley landscapes. At the end of the flight, there is a champagne celebration for passengers. Additionally, a flight certificate is provided as a souvenir. After the Cappadocia balloon flight adventure, passengers are dropped off at their hotels by our vehicles.

      DELUXE FLIGHT

      Deluxe flight begins with the transfer of our guests from their hotels. At the flight site, we offer our guests a light breakfast (sandwich, fruit juice, water), then guests can watch the process of preparing the balloons and, if desired, take photographs of them. When the balloons are ready to fly, experienced pilots and staff give brief information about the safety of the flight, after which guests take their seats. The balls float at altitudes from 5 meters to 1000 meters. The flight passes between valleys and interesting rock formations, providing passengers with incredible panoramic views. Because the balloons move depending on the direction of the wind, each flight is unique.

      STANDARD FLIGHT

      Standard Flight Experience begins with the transfer of our guests from their hotels to the flight area by our experienced drivers with comfortable vehicles. Guests are welcomed at the flight area by our experienced team and served a snack breakfast (sandwich, fruit juice, water). Guests can watch the preparation and inflation of hot air balloons in the flight area and, if they wish to immortalize this process, take photos and videos. When the balloon is ready for flight, after our experienced pilots and ground staff provide guests with a brief safety information, guests take their seats for the flight. The balloons vary in altitude between 5 meters and 1000 meters during the flight. As the balloons glide through valleys and interesting rock formations, passengers accompany this extraordinary panoramic view. Since balloons move in the direction of the wind, each flight experience is different from the others.
