The VIP flight begins with guests being transferred from their hotels to the flight location, where they are offered a light breakfast (sandwich, fruit juice, water). At the flight site, guests watch the process of preparing and inflating the balloons and can take photographs and videos. Once the balloons are ready to fly, experienced pilots and on-site staff provide guests with a brief safety briefing before guests take their seats. During the flight, balloons rise to a height of 5 to 1000 meters. Rising and falling between valleys and interesting rock formations, passengers are treated to this amazing panoramic view.
Because hot air balloons move in the direction of the wind, each flight experience is unique. The flight duration is about 45-60 minutes and depends entirely on weather conditions.
The balloons used in this program have a maximum capacity of 10 passengers.
At the end of the flight, our staff offers guests a champagne cocktail and/or fruit juice and cake.
Each guest is presented with a personalized flight certificate, and after a few photos for memory, guests return to their hotels.

Payment, Reservation & Cancellation Terms:

- Children aged 0-6 cannot participate in the balloon tour for safety reasons.
Since the flight is entirely dependent on weather conditions, your credit card will not be processed as the flight may not be guaranteed to take place on the day of the flight, and only the places you have reserved will be held to guarantee.
In case the flight cannot be carried out due to weather and/or safety reasons, all payments made will be refunded.
In case of cancellations by you, if you inform us in writing 48 hours before the flight, no fee will be charged. Cancellations or failure to participate in the flight after this period are subject to full payment as part of last-minute cancellation.
